MARSHALL ROSARIO

Having held his license as a Real Estate Broker since January 2013, Marshall has built a strong track record of success, expertly closing over $120 million in real estate transactions in his roles as both a Broker and Director of Sales. Beyond assisting clients with their property needs, he is actively partnering on real estate investments and is currently seeking investors for both fix-and-flip projects and a micro resort. Marshall's commitment to serving others is deeply rooted, a legacy passed down by his father, a Special Operations Crew Chief in the US Army during the Vietnam War. The dedication and honorable service of his father, recognized with awards such as the Purple Heart for combat wounds, instilled in Marshall the fundamental principles of honor, duty, and respect. Inspired by this legacy, Marshall also actively contributes to the community through his involvement with Passion United. Passion United helps low-income individuals & families by supporting their basic life needs like housing, utilities & food. Taking a holistic approach, they uncover the core reasons their recipients are in need and then customize a support plan to include life coaching, counseling, substance abuse help, physical fitness, nutrition education and/or job training to help inspire them to make life long change.

Fantastic, just the best!! We looked at what seemed like hundreds of houses all through a particularly hot summer (both hot in Portland housing market terms and in weather temps) and had more or less given up hope. During this long search, our 'must have' list kept growing but our 'buying price' stayed the same - a big challenge for any realtor. We got grumpy as we slogged on with the search. But Marshall never lost his enthusiasm or his good mood - when other realtors would definitely have stopped returning calls and moved onto less demanding clients, Marshall was always there, still sending us updates every single day, showing us through a dozen houses at a time, keeping our spirits up that the right one was around the corner. Incredibly fast response times to every call and text we sent - the sheer amount of attention we got made it feel like we were his only clients even though he had many others. Maybe he never sleeps? I'm not quite sure. At any rate, he found us a single family house that met all our (many) requirements that was within our budget and in our required location and we were in before our lease expired on the other place! Portland home ownership is a VERY challenging scenario, trust me. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and this is our 5th house purchase so we've had plenty of experience over many years. Highest recommendation. Marshall is a great realtor and a great guy!
