Since earning his license in 2013, Marshall Rosario has built a proven record of success, personally closing more than $120 million in residential and investment real estate. Craig holds a Marketing degree from Sharjah College in the UAE and spent years in the high-stakes Telecom and Technology sector, where he mastered rapid response, complex problem-solving, and precision client service. He’s also multilingual—fluent in Filipino and Urdu, with conversational Arabic—enhancing communication for our diverse clientele.
Before entering the real estate world, Craig also explored the film industry, appearing in extra work and small roles alongside notable names like Tom Cruise, James Brolin, and Christopher Walken—and he even took an on-screen punch from Chuck Norris. This experience sharpened his adaptability, professionalism, and comfort in high-pressure environments.
Craig’s work ethic is deeply shaped by his father—a specialized cement operator on Halliburton’s deep-sea rigs—who instilled the non-negotiable values of precision, perseverance, and constant improvement.
