Fantastic, just the best!! We looked at what seemed like hundreds of houses all through a particularly hot summer (both hot in Portland housing market terms and in weather temps) and had more or less given up hope. During this long search, our 'must have' list kept growing but our 'buying price' stayed the same - a big challenge for any realtor. We got grumpy as we slogged on with the search.
